8 Milky Way Bars
3 sticks of butter
2 c sugar
4 eggs, beaten
2 1/2 c flour
1/4 tsp soda
1 1/4 c buttermilk
2 tsp vanilla
chopped nuts
Frosting:
2 1/2 c sugar
1 c evaporated milk
1 stick butter
1( 6 oz) pkg chocolate chips
1 c marshmallow
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Melt Milky Way bars in double boiler with 1 stick butter. Cream remaining butter with sugar add eggs, milky way mixture and remaining ingredients. Bake in 3 layers at 325º for 1 hour.
Frosting
Combine sugar and milk, cook to softball stage. Add remaining ingredients. Beat until thick.
