1 15 ounce can black (or garbonzo beans) drained, 1 4 ounce jar roasted red peppers, 3 T. lemon juice, 1 1/2 T. tahini, 1 clove garlic,minced, 1/2 t. cumin, 1/2 t. cayenne, 1/4 t. salt.

Process in blender or food processor. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
