1 lb ground beef
1 1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 cup milk
3 eggs
3/4 cup bisquick
Tomatoes (or Ketchup)
1 cup shredded cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Brown 1 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 cup chopped onion
Drain
Stir in 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. pepper
Put in greased pie plate
Mix 1 1/2 cups milk, 3 eggs, 3/4 cup bisquick
Pour over hamburg
Bake 25 minutes at 400 degrees.
Top with 1 cup shredded cheese and tomatoes (Mom always topped with ketchup instead) Bake 5 to 8 minutes longer
