2 # ground beef
1/2 t coarse ground pepper
1/4 t mustard seed
3 T quick tenderizer salt
1/2 c water
1/2 t oregano
1/2 t garlic powder
1/2 t liquid smoke or hickory smoke salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix spices, then add water to meat mixture. Mix well. Chill 24 hrs. Shape into rolls in foil, twist ends tight. Prick foil with a fork put on broiler and bake 1 1/2 hrs at 350º.
