3/4 c. margaring
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. bananas (mashed)
2 eggs (well beaten)
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sour milk (milk plus 1 tsp. vinegar)
3/4 c. walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º. Cream margarine and sugar. Blend in
bananas, eggs, and vanilla. Mix all dry ingredients in bowl.
Alternate adding dry ingredients and sour milk into the wet
mixture. Add nuts. Pour mixture into a greased and floured
bread pan (should make 2 loaves). Bake at 325º for 1 1/4 hours
of until toothpick comes out clean.
