1 clove garlic, minced, 1 15 ounce can black beans (drain and reserve 2 T. liquid), 2 T lemon juice, 1 1/2 T. tahini, 1/2 - 3/4 t. cumin, 1/2 t. salt, 1/8-1/4 t. cayenne, 1/4 t. paprika
