2 lbs. ground beef
garlic salt
salt pepper
2 small cans tomato sauce
small pkg. egg noodles
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
16 oz. sour cream
4 green onions, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef and add garlic salt, salt, and pepper to taste. Add tomato sauce, and simmer for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook noodles according to package.
Mix sour cream, cream cheese, and green onions together.
Layer: noodles, sour cream/cream cheese mixture, meat, cream of mushroom soup. Bake at 350F for 1 hr. Top with grated cheese for the last 10 minutes.
