1 lb. Prosciutto, cut in small pieces
2 Sticks pepperoni, sliced
1 to 2 Dozen eggs, well beaten with milk
1 Package of refrigerated Pie Crusts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325.
Roll out pie crusts as per package directions. Line the bottom of a 10 inch pie dish with one of the crusts. Cover crust with the meats, then pour eggs over meat. Bring to about 1/2 inch from top of dish. Cover with the other crust. Make a small slit on top to let steam out. Bake for about 45 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.
Serves about 8 to 10.
