1 cup water,11/3 cups instant rice,3Tmargarine,1/2 cup chopped onion, 1 egg beaten ,3T soy sauce, 1/3 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Bring 1cup water to a boil, add rice, stir and cover. Let stand until water is absorbed. Melt margarine in frying pan, add onion and saute until transparent. Add broken egg, stirring to break egg into small pieces, stir in rice. Combine soy sauce and remaing water and pour over rice mixture, cook over low heat until all liquid is absorbed.
