Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup dry sherry wine
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients in sauce pan
Bring to a boil, simmer for 5 minutes then let cool
Use fork to prick holes in both sides of chops
Pour sauce over chops
Let sit for 2 hours but flip chops after an hour
pat dry with paper towels before putting on the grill
