3 lb. boneless pork roast
1 cup water
18 oz. bottle bbq sauce
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp. hot sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
Italian hoagie rolls

Directions:
Directions:
Put roast and water into 4 qt. slow cooker. Cover with lid. Cook on high heat for 7 hours or until meat is tender. Drain and discard liquid. Return pork to slow cooker, shred with 2 forks. Stir in bbq sauce and next 4 ingredients (incl. pepper). Reduce to low heat setting. Cover and cook 1 hour.
Stir well.
Serve on Rolls of choice.
