1 box Graham Crackers
2 small boxes INSTANT French Vanilla pudding mix
3 cups milk
1 medium container Cool Whip


Icing:

1 cup sugar
1/3 cup cocoa
1/4 cup evaporated milk
1 stick margarine
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix pudding with milk and fold into cool whip.

Bring icing ingredients (sugar, cocoa, evaporated milk) to a boil and boil 1 minute. Add margarine and vanilla. Cook until thick.

In bottom of 9x13 pan, layer graham crackers, pour pudding mixture on top, add another layer of graham crackers. Pour chocolate icing mixture on top. Refrigerate 2 hours before serving.
