4 dozen oysters and liquid
1 onion (grated)
1 tbsp flour
2 tbsp butter (melted)
Salt and pepper
Dash of cayenne pepper
2 tbsp of chopped parsley
12 patty shells

Directions:
Directions:
Cook oysters in their own liquid by bringing to boil. Simmer for ten minutes. Saute' onion in butter. Blend in flour until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and oysters. Cook for five minutes. Pour into patty shells and bake in oven at 370º for five to eight minutes. For miniature patties, chop oysters fine before cooking.
