3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. Karo light or dark corn syrup
1 c. sugar (or 2/3 c. brown sugar)
2 T. butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. peacans
1 unbaked 9" pastry shell

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, stir eggs, corn syrup, sugar, butter and vanilla until well blended. Stir in pecans. Pour into pastry shell. Bake in 350º oven for 50-55 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean.
