1/4 C Oil,
1/4 C Flour,
1/4 C White sugar,
2 Cloves,
Minced garlic
Directions:

Mix all together, gradually adding flour so it isn't lumpy.
Add pork chops or chicken and marinade overnight.
Turning meat off and on.
