1 C Soy sauce,
1/2 C Wine vinegar,
1/4 C Oil,
1 Clove garlic minced,
2.5 T Brown sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together and marinade pork chops or chicken overnight.
Turning over off and on.

If doing pork chops save some marinade and heat to boiling to
pour over meat and potatoes when serving.
