Acorn Squash,
Butter (Real),
Brown Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cut squash in half using the point of a large butcher knife on a
cutting board.
Take out the seeds and place on a cookie sheet upside down
with 1" of water on bottom.
Bake 350 degrees about 1 hr or until they are soft when
pushing on top of squash.

Take out of oven, turn over and put butter (real thing) and
brown sugar in the cavity.
Put back in oven until melted.

Short cut:
Cut squash and clean as above but put upside down in a glass
dish with a little water.
Cover with saran wrap and microwave until soft on top.
Add butter and brown sugar, heat in microwave until melted.
