12 oz. ziti pasta
1 (15 oz.) container ricotta cheese
3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
3 cups spaghetti sauce
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. In a large pot, cook the ziti until just barely tender; drain and place in a large bowl. Mix in ricotta and 1/2 of the mozzarella cheese.

Grease a 9 x 13 inch baking pan; cover pan bottom with 1/2 the spaghetti sauce. Spoon the ziti mixture into the pan; cover with remaining spaghetti sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan: top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.

Bake for 20 to 30 minutes, or until cheese melts and is slightly golden.
