2 lbs of white fish such as cod, haddock, tilapia, or sole
2 T extra virgin olive oil, twice around the pan
3 cloves of garlic, chopped
1/2 dry white wine (optional)
1 15 oz can stewed tomatoes
salt and pepper
2 T butter
1/2 lbs angle hair pasta, cooked al dente

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
In skillet, heat olive oils, onion and garlic. Add win to pan and reduce for 30 seconds. Add tomatoes and break them up so they heat through. When sauce comes to a boil,remove it from the stove and salt and pepper the fish. Add fish to pan and saute with sauce until fish is opaque and firm.

Remove fish to serving plate. Add butter to pasta and put in hot sauce in pan. Mix well. Serve pasta with fish.
