3 cans baked beans
4 slices bacon, cut in small strips
1 T olive oil
3 scallions cut in small pieces
1/4 bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Put beans in oven safe casserole dish and set aside.
Cook bacon strips in 1 T of olive oil. When brown and crisp, add scallions and fry for a few minutes.
Add breadcrumbs until all oil is absorbed. Breadcrumbs will crisp up.
Remove pan, and place mixture over top of beans. Bake in oven at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes.
