2 cans of Petit Pois Peas
1 medium onion chopped
1 stick of butter
4 tbsp. of flour

Directions:
Directions:
Drain peas and reserve liquid. Make light to medium dark roux with butter & flour. Add onions and saute for 2-3 minutes. Then add peas and simmer for 5 minutes. Add reserved liquid and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes. You may add water if needed. Add salt and pepper to taste
