1 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. fine sea salt
1/3 c. Hungarian paprika
3 T. garlic salt
3 T. onion salt
2 T. celery salt
2 T. fresh ground black pepper
2 T. chili seasoning (Chili Man Hot)
1 tsp. dried basil leaves
1 tsp. dried majoram leaves
1 tsp. rubbed sage

Mix all ingredients together. Use as a rub for roasts or seasoning for steak or burgers
