1/3 c. lime juice
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 1/2 oz. tequila
8 - 12 drops Tabasco
1 1/2 T. garlic salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and inject into whole roasting chicken. Add any left over mixture to beer can. Rub the outside of the chicken with 'Rent a Chef' chipotle (or similar) seasoning mix. Put chicken on beer can. Set chicken on can in roasting pan. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for about two hours or smoke on grill at 230 degrees for 4-5 hours
