3-4 Zucchini, sliced
1-3 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 sweet onion, sliced
1 jar prepared pasta sauce
1 pkg. 8 oz mozzerella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in skillet and add zucchini, onion and garlic. Cook on medium heat until vegetables are soft. Add pasta sauce and simmer until hot. Put cheese on top and place a lid over pan. Remove from heat and let cheese melt. Serve with pasta or by itself with bread.
