3 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
4 cups fresh green beans (or frozen)
fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet, melt butter and add olive oil and garlic. Saute until garlic is lightly browned,2 or 3 minutes,stirring frequently. Add green beans and toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper and add a splash of lemon juice (more or less to taste). Saute for 8-10 minutes to desired tenderness. Transfer to serving dish and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
