2 inch piece of fresh ginger (peeled and grated)
1 lime, grated for zest and juiced
1 minced garlic clove
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoons olive oil
8 chicken breasts

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a large freezer bag, seal bag and turn over several times. Marinate for at least 4 hours or overnight. Grill until cooked throughout.
