1 15 oz. can very young early peas,drained
1 can French style green beans,drained
1 11 oz. can corn ,drained
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 2 oz. jar diced pimento,drained

Dressing
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup white wine vinegar
1./4 cup oil
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first seven ingredients in a serving bowl.

Dressing: Heat dressing ingredients in a small
saucepan until sugar dissolves. DO NOT BOIL.
Cool before adding to salad. Pour over salad and
refrigerate overnight. Keeps in the refrigerator
for two weeks.

I made this for work and it is excellent. Without the
mayo, it is fat free. For cook outs...it can stay outside without refrigerating.

May also try with white shoepeg corn (that I used).
Also you could add carrot, cauliflower or brocolli. NO tomatoes.
