Chicken,Carrots,onion,garlic,babyreds,mushroms, Chicken broth,Red wine(opt),bisquick,9" pie crust deep dish,

Stove top, add Half onion,then add 4 chicken breasts,add 2 cans of chicken broth, boil for 45min.Strain chicken and broth.set broth and cooked chicken aside.Back to stove. Put other half of chopped onion in dutch pan,sautee onions till clear,Add chopped mushrooms,garlic,sautee till mushrooms shrink a bit, Add thin layer of red wine,Sautee till wine is almost gone.Then add the chopped carrotts, Chopped chicken And diced baby reds,Also toss in your seasonings,Salt to taste pepper,Whatever you and your familly like. Let everything play around in the pot for ahwille,Then you add the broth that you used for the chicken add that and if it doesn't cover everything then add more chicken broth.Let everything boil till tender.take off stove and let cool. While thats cooling you need to Pre heat oven to 400*. Then make the top for the pie. In seperate bowl Add half cup bisquick mix,1 cup milk,2 eggs.mix together.If there isn't enough then just double recipe.Now take both 9* pie pans and fill both up sprinkle little flour on the top,Then pour bisquick mix on top.Put in oven for 30 min or till golden brown.. Let cool for 10-15 mins.
