4 med large potatoes
1/4 c water
1 c sugar
2 tbsp plain flour
1/2 tsp cloves
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
4 med large potatoes - 4 lbs peeled and cut like fries
Put into buttered baking dish or pan
Add 1/4 c water
Mix 1 c sugar - 2 tbsp plain flour
1/2 tsp cloves and 1/2 tsp cinnamon, sprinkle over potatoes and chip
1/2 stick butter over top.
Bake 400 oven for 30 mins. Turn potatoes gently. Cook until tender.
