Crust:
2 cups flour
1 cup cold butter
1/2 cup sugar

Topping:
1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup chopped pecans
1 pkg toffee chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
For the crust, combine the flour and sugar, cut in butter until it resembles coarse cornmeal. Press firmly in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake for 15 minutes.

Mix the sweetened condensed milk, egg, vanilla, pecans and toffee chips. Spread evenly over crust. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
