2 lbs. ground beef
1 cup diced onions
2 cans pinto beans
1 can pink kidney beans
1 can whole corn, drained
1 can Mexican style stewed tomatoes
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can tomatoes with chilles
2 cans diced green chilles
1 can black olives, drained and sliced - optional
1/2 cup green olives, sliced - optional
1 pkg of your favorite taco seasoning mix
1 pkg ranch salad dressing mix

Tortilla chips
Sour Cream
grated cheese
green onions, chopped
jalapenos, diced up

Brown the beef and onions in a large skillet, drain the excess fat. Put the beef and onions in a large slow cooker. Add beans, corn, tomatoes, green chilles, black and green olives, taco seasoning, and ranch dressing. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or simmer over a low heat for 1 hour in a pot on the stove. Serve with garnishings.
