Head of cabbage (shredded)
3 carrots (shredded)
1 onion (chopped)
3 tablespoon of sweet pickle relish
honey
cajun seasoning (1 tablespoon)
3 garlic cloves (chopped)
4 tablespoons of olive oil/half cup of water

Directions:
Directions:
1-Pour in olive oil/water in cooking pot
2-Mix cabbage, carrots, onions, garlic, cajun seasoning and sweet pickle relish in cooking pot
3-Let cook down for about 5 minutes
4-pour in honey
5-cook vegetables to your liking (firm or soft)
