1 Can pinto beans
1 Can black beans
1 Can shoe peg corn
1 Can green chilies-mild
1/2 Cup chopped celery
1/2 Cup red & green peppers (each)
1 Cup chopped onion
1/2 Cup cider vinegar
1/2 Cup sugar
1/2 Cup vegtable oil
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a sauce pan bring the vinegar, oil and sugar to a boil. Remove from heat and cool. Mix all ingredients together and serve with chips.

Easy Salsa-
1 jar of salsa, 1/2 bag frozen corn (heated), 1 (15 oz) can black beans. Mix all together and serve with chips.
