4 oz. Shredded cheddar cheese
10 oz. Chopped spinach-thawed
12 oz. Sausage, ham or bacon
2 cups Chopped green onions
6 oz. Mushrooms, saute in 2 Tbs butter
2 cups whipping cream
12 eggs -beat well
4 oz. Swiss cheese

In a greased 9 X 13 pan layer first 5 ingerdients. Beat 12 eggs well and add to whipped cream. Pour over prepared pan. Top with 4 oz. swiss cheese grated. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake in 350 degree oven for 40 minutes.
