chocolate cake mix
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. powdered sugar
16 oz. whipped topping
large box instant chocolate pudding
1 chocolate bar

Directions:
Layer 1: Bake cake according to package directions. Layer 2: Mix together cream cheese, powdered sugar and 8 oz. whipped topping and spread over completely cooled cake. Layer 3: Mix up large package of instant pudding according to package directions. Set aside 3/4 c. of pudding. Spread remaining pudding on cake. Layer 4: Mix the 3/4 c. pudding and 8 oz. cool whip as top layer. Garnish with grated chocolate bar.
