2 small pkg. lemon gelatin
1 3/4 cup hot water
Add (1) 12oz. bottle "7 Up". Let this run down side of bowl easily. When the above mixture begins to set, add:
1 can crushed pineapple, well drained(save juice)
2 bananas, diced
1/3 cup nuts
1 small bottle marchino cherries, drained and quartered
Topping:
juice of pineapple and add water to make 1 cup
1 1/2 T. flour
3 T. sugar
1 egg slightly beaten

Mix topping ingredients and cook until thick. Cool. Mix 1 pkg. Dream Whip according to directions. Fold into cooled topping. When salad is set, spread on top.
