Directions:
Trim fat from meat. Cut 2 squares of aluminum foil large enough to cover meat using them doubled. Sprinkle contents of one package of soup in center. Place meat on soup and sprinkle second package of soup on meat. Heap mushrooms on top. Bring up two opposite sides of foil and seal with double fold. Fold ends to make tight seal, but leave space in pocket for steam and juices. Place on baking sheet and bake at 325º for 4 1/2 hours.
