1 cup uncooked macaroni, shell or elbow(chef's preference)
1 lb. ground beef or ground sirloin
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 (10 1/2oz) can tomato soup
1 (8oz) can tomato sauce
10 drops hot pepper sauce, or less, depending on taste
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 (12oz) can whole kernel corn
3 slices of American cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain and rinse. Brown beef in large skillet. Reduce heat, add salt, pepper, tomato sauce, tomato soup and hot pepper sauce. Stir in macaroni, green pepper, onion, and corn. Turn into a 2 qt. casserole. Arrange cheese slices on top, bake 350º for 30 minutes.
