3 cups diced potatos
1 cup sliced celery
3/4 cup chopped onion
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1/2 cup water
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp instant chicken bouillon granules
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 cups half & half
2 tbsp all purpose flour

Directions:
Directions:
Combine 1st 9 ingredients in a 3 qt casserole. Cover & microwave at high 4 mins; stir well. Cover & microwave at high 7 - 9 mins. or until vegetables are tender, stirring once. Combine 1/4 cup half & half and flour in a jar. Cover tightly & shake until combined. Add remaining milk to flour mixture. Gradually stir flour mixture into vegetables. Cover & microwave at high 3 mins. Stir well. Cover & microwave 2 - 4 mins or until thick & bubbly; stirring at 2 min intervals
