Ingredients:  
2 bags fresh spinach
1 pint fresh mushrooms (sliced)
¼ bag Pepperidge Farm Herb Stuffing
2 to 3 hard cooked eggs, chopped
6 to 8 slices bacon, crumbled

Dressing:
a cup sugar
1 cup salad oil
a cup vinegar
3 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. celery seed
½ tsp. each, salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Wash & dry spinach thoroughly. Toss with remaining salad ingredients. Combine dressing ingredients and shake thoroughly. Toss with salad at least 15 minutes before serving.
