1/3 c. flour
1/4c. sugar
1/2 c. honey or corn syrup
2 c. water
1/3 c. butter
1/3 c. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, sugar, honey & water. Cook til it thickens. Remove from heat. Add butter and lemon juice.

Serve hot on bread pudding or ginger cake.
