1 lb. Italian sausage (take out of casing)
1 lb. frozen bread dough, thawed
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 tbs. fresh basil or 1 tsp. dried basil.
2 tbs. parsley
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tbs. olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease a baking sheet.

Crumble and sauté sausage 8 - 10 minutes; until brown. Drain excess fat.
Pat dough into a 12 x 9 rectangle on the greased baking sheet.

Combine sausage with egg, basil and parsley. Spread evenly over the dough,
leaving 1" boarder. Sprinkle with cheese.

Roll up in jelly roll fashion. Tuck ends under and place seam side down. Brush
lightly with oil.

Bake 40 minutes or until loaf is light brown and sounds hollow when tapped.

Cool and slice.
