Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 pint of heavy cream
1 stick of butter (real butter (salted) - no margarine)
2-3 Tbsp. cream cheese (can use more to thicken if necessary)
3/4 C. parmesan cheese
1 tsp. garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan combine butter, heavy cream, and cream cheese. Simmer this until melted and mixed. Add the Parmesan cheese and Garlic powder. Simmer for a 10-15 minutes on low. The sauce may seem a little thin at this point. The key to making it great is to make it up about 2 hours before you plan to serve it and then transfer it to a crock pot and leave it on low for a few hours. This thickens up the sauce and really does a lot for the flavor. If you don't have time to do this, it will also thicken up nicely if left tended in the saucepan for longer.
