1/4 c. olive oil
1/4 c. dry white wine
1 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 lb shrimp or scallops

Directions:
Directions:
Blend olive oil, wine, basil, garlic powder, salt, pepper. Marinate shrimp or scallops 2 hours.

Preheat broiler. Place fish on broiler rack and brush with marinade. Broil 3 inches from heat for 5 minutes, turn, brush, broil 5 more minutes.
