2 C fresh basil
1/4 c capers
1/2 c Black olives
3 cloves garlic
1/4 c oil
Salami
sweet peppers
tomatoes
cucumbers
(any other toppings you like!)
Large loaf Italian bread

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 5 ingredients in food processor. Spread pesto on both sides of sliced loaf of bread. Arrange sandwich fillings. Slice in 1 inch sections to serve.
