2 c. flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
1/3 c. sweet butter, melted
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/2 c. fresh raspberries

- Preheat oven to 400
- Mix together first 4 ingredients.
- Stir in the egg, butter, milk, sour cream and vanilla until just moistened.
- Gently fold in raspberries.
- Fill paper lined muffin tins and bake 20 minutes or until golden.
