2 c. mayonnaise (or 1 c. mayo and 1 c. sour cream)
1/2 c. parsley, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 pkg. KNORR vegetable soup mix
1 pkg. frozen spinach, drained and finely chopped
optional: 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt

1 loaf dark rye or pumpernickel bread

Directions:
Directions:
Blend all ingredients and chill. Serve in a hollowed out Dark Rye or Pumpernickel bread, with the chunks of bread surrounding it.
