lb. ground pork
lb. ground beef
1 egg
3 cloves garlic
bread crumbs

1 tbsp. butter
4 cloves garlic
3 celery stalks
8 c. chicken broth (8-10 Bouril)
c. small pasta
2 c. spinach, chopped (fresh or frozen)
1 carrot, grated

Make meatballs ahead of time.
Mix ingredients together to form little balls.
Boil for 2-4 minutes and set aside.

Sautee butter, onion, garlic, and celery.
Add broth, pasta, spinach, carrot.
Add meatballs.
Simmer covered for 1 hour.
