Shrimp Grapefruit Salad Recipe

2 large grapefruit - peeled and segmented
1 lb shrimp ( canned or fresh)
1 head lettuce
Dressing: 1/2 c oil, 2/3 C. sugar,1 c. vinegar,
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Drain excess juice from grapefruit and sit aside.
Squeeze lemon juice over schrimp and let sit a few minutes.
Mix grapefruit and shrimp with lettuce.
Top with dressing when ready to serve
