2 large baking potatoes ( 8 oz each)
3 tbs chopped green onions
1/3 cup butter
1/3 cup all purpose flour
2 tsp. fresh dill
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 cups milk
3/4 cup shredded American cheese
4 slices of crisp cooked bacon

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes in microwave until tenter, cool. Cut and scoop each potato and discard skins.
Cook 2 tbs. green onion in butter until tender, stir in flour, dill, salt and pepper.
Add milk.
Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.
Add potato pulp and 1/2 cup cheese, stir until cheese is melted.
Garnish each serving with remaining cheese, green onion and bacon.
